What the forms collect

Only what is needed to answer you. A table request asks for a name, a way to reach you, the night, the size of the party and anything you want the host to know. A membership application and a job application ask for the same contact details plus whatever you choose to tell us. The mailing list asks for an email address and nothing else.

There is no account to create, no password to set and no profile building up behind the scenes. If a field is not on the form, we do not have it.

Why we ask for it

To reply. A phone number so the host can confirm a table on a Friday; a date and a head count so the floor knows what to hold; an email address so a competition date can go out to the people who asked for it. That is the whole purpose, and there is no second one.

Where it goes

A reservation request, a membership application or a job application is sent as an email to the club’s own mailbox at tenscabaret@hotmail.com. There is no customer database, no CRM, and no third party in the path except the mail provider that carries the message.

How long we keep it

Messages stay in the club’s mailbox for as long as they are useful and are deleted when they are not. Nothing is archived anywhere else, because there is nowhere else.

What we don’t do

There is no analytics script on this site. No advertising pixel, no session recorder, no heat map, no third-party font, no embedded map. The only thing stored in your browser is your age confirmation and your motion and sound preferences.

That is a claim you can check rather than one you have to take on trust: open your browser’s network panel and reload any page here. Every request goes to this site and nowhere else. The fonts, the images and the code are all served from this domain, and the two map links on the visit page are ordinary links that do nothing until you click them.

There is no cookie banner on this site because there is nothing on it to consent to. The one thing stored is that you confirmed your age, for thirty days, on this device. Clear your site data and it is gone; the age notice simply asks again.

Getting it deleted

Email tenscabaret@hotmail.com or call +1 347-630-7077 and ask for anything you sent to be deleted. You do not have to explain why and you do not have to be a New Yorker.

The same address takes any other question about this page — including “what exactly do you have of mine”, which is a fair question and has a short answer.
