Terms for the site and the room
Two things are covered here, and they are not the same thing: what applies to reading this website, and what applies to standing in the room at 2945 Arthur Kill Rd.
Who may use this site
This site is for people 21 and over. The room is 21 and over. Both are checked, one with a click and one with a photo ID at the door.
The click is a declaration, not verification — a browser cannot check a driving licence. The door can, and does, every time. If you are under 21, the click is the only thing standing between you and content intended for adults, so please respect it and leave.
What is and isn’t a promise
Prices, nights and menus on this site describe what the room normally does, not a contractual offer. The cocktail and bottle lists are examples rather than a published price list — call for what is actually pouring. A table request is a request until somebody from the house confirms it.
Where this site is certain, it says so flatly. Where it is not, it says that too: every authored drink, tier and recurring date on the site is marked as ours rather than the house’s, in the words on the page and not only in the source. The kitchen prices are the exception — they are transcribed from the printed menu in the room and are real, though a kitchen is entitled to change a price without telling a website.
Recurring nights are worked out from the formats the house has published. They are our reconstruction, and a night can move or not run. Call +1 347-630-7077 before you travel for a specific one.
The house rules
- 21 and over. Valid government-issued photo ID, every time, no exceptions.
- Ladies and couples welcome, seven nights.
- Private parking on site. The lot is ours.
- The cast are at work. Ask before you photograph anyone, and take no for an answer.
- No filming on the floor.
- The house reserves the right to refuse entry or service.
- Please drink responsibly and arrange a ride home.
The house publishes no dress code. If you want to be sure what the door expects, call before you come rather than trusting a website about it.
Photographs and the wordmark
The photographs, the Ten’s Cabaret name and the wordmark belong to the club. They are here to show the room, not to be lifted for something else. Link to a page freely; do not republish the imagery.
Images are for illustrative purposes only and posed by models. None of the photographs on this site are AI-generated and none are stock.
This site links out to a handful of places — two map applications and the club’s social profiles. What happens after you click one of those is between you and them; nothing here loads anything from them until you do.
